Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information RoDrill ("we", "us") collects through rodrill.net and admin.rodrill.net, and how we use it. It does not cover our Roblox games, which are governed by Roblox's own terms and privacy policy.
Public website (rodrill.net)
The public site has no accounts, forms, advertising, or analytics trackers, and sets no cookies. Like any web server, ours keeps standard technical logs (IP address, browser user agent, requested page, time) for security and troubleshooting. These logs are not used to identify or profile visitors.
Team area (admin.rodrill.net) and Google Sign-In
The team area is private and restricted to RoDrill team members and partners. Sign-in uses Google. When you sign in, Google shares with us your name, email address, and profile picture (the basic openid, email, and profile scopes). We request no other access to your Google account: we cannot read your Gmail, Drive, Calendar, contacts, or any other Google data.
We use this information only to:
- check whether your email address is on our list of authorized accounts;
- keep you signed in, using an encrypted session cookie;
- show you the right view and save your own settings, such as revenue targets and display preferences, which are stored against your email address.
If your account is not authorized, sign-in is refused and nothing about you is stored beyond the standard server logs above.
Google user data
RoDrill's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell, rent, or share Google user data with anyone, do not use it for advertising, and do not use it to train AI or machine-learning models.
Cookies
The team area uses strictly necessary cookies only: a session cookie that keeps you signed in and short-lived security cookies used during Google Sign-In. We use no advertising or tracking cookies.
Storage and retention
Data is stored on our own server hosted by OVHcloud in the European Union. Your session ends when you sign out or the cookie expires. Saved settings are kept for as long as you have access to the team area, and are deleted on request or when your access is removed.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you. You can also revoke RoDrill's access to your Google account from your Google Account permissions page. If you are in the EU or UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
Children
The team area is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this website.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
