These terms apply to the RoDrill websites, rodrill.net and admin.rodrill.net (the "Site"). By using the Site you agree to them. Our Roblox games are played on Roblox and are governed by the Roblox Terms of Use.

The public site

rodrill.net presents RoDrill and its games. You may browse it freely for personal, non-commercial purposes.

The team area

admin.rodrill.net is a private area for RoDrill team members and partners. Access is by invitation only, through Google Sign-In with an authorized account. If you have access, you agree to:

  • use only your own account and not share your access with anyone;
  • keep everything you see there, including revenue figures and internal documents, confidential, and not copy or share it outside RoDrill without permission;
  • not attempt to access parts of the Site or data you are not authorized to see, or disrupt the Site.

We may change or remove anyone's access at any time. Figures shown in the team area are for internal information only; they may be estimates or delayed, and are not financial, tax, or legal advice.

Intellectual property

The RoDrill name, logo, games, and Site content belong to RoDrill or its licensors. Roblox is a trademark of Roblox Corporation; RoDrill is an independent studio and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Roblox Corporation.

No warranty

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will always be available, error-free, or accurate.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, RoDrill is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.

Privacy

How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
